Florida Meeting

NAACOS will hold a regional meeting in conjunction with Boot Camp 201 in Orlando on Friday,5, 2025, at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside. Attendees from any area of Florida are encouraged to register for this one-day in-person event. Agenda topics will be targeted toward your regional concerns, and this will be the perfect forum for networking with other local value-based care leaders.

Topics that may be addressed on the agenda include:

  • Contracting across payers (both MA and commercial)
  • Discussions around CMS and CMMI models at the local level
  • Managing high-needs populations
  • Aligning report requirements and measures across payers and local policy needs
  • Quality measures across payers
  • Clinical best practices

Registration Rates
Registration includes access to all sessions, lunch, and an evening reception.
NAACOS ACO Members, Non-members, and Value Based Care providers: $295
NAACOS Business Partners are not eligible to attend this event. 

*Those who register for both the Florida Regional Meeting and Boot Camp 201 will receive a $100 discount on in-person registration fees.

Discounted hotel rate is $235/night plus taxes and fees. This discounted rate is available until Monday, January 13 based on availability. Once the discounted block has sold out, rooms can be booked at the prevailing rate. The hotel will not release additional rooms to us if we sell out before the January 13 deadline so book early.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancellations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the following cancellation policy will apply. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time for any reason. 

Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel before December 15, 2024, will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After December 15, 2024, no refunds will be issued for cancellations although we will substitute another individual from your company. You may send a substitute for no additional charge.  NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events.  Contact [email protected] to process a substitution.
