Reservations
The conference hotel is sold out in our room block for Tuesday and Wednesday October 15-16. We do not have a room block at another hotel and so we highly recommend using a site like hotels.com to book your room in order to get a reasonable rate. The current prevailing rate at the Marriott Marquis is between $600 and $700 a night as of Aug 22. There are still rooms available at this rate.

You can still book Thursday evening, October 17 at our discounted rate by clicking here. Rooms can be reserved based on availability at the discounted rate of $339.00 plus tax. This room rate is available until tomorrow, August 23, 2024 OR UNTIL THE ROOM BLOCK IS FULL. We are unable to get any additional room nights at the discounted rate, we have asked the hotel repeatedly.

You can book your whole stay using their phone number 202-824-9200 and telling them you are with the “NAACOS Group” and you will get the discounted rate for Thursday evening, or you can book Tuesday/Wednesday separately using www.marriott.com.

Cancellations
Cancellation policies is 72 hours prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service.  NAACOS does not handle any hotel reservations for participants – you need to go directly to the hotel.

• Garage height max clearance 6 feet 4 inches (fees apply for oversized vehicles)
