Our Boot Camp 101 events are one-day (8 hour) live virtual sessions on two tracks: Clinical Operations and Data and Analytics. Held in November 2024, the recordings can be purchased separately or in a package, for future viewing. The recording will be accompanied by the slides and supplemental information the live meeting staff and participants lists and chat question and answer content. These sessions are presented at the beginner-to-intermediate level and will provide an understanding of Medicare accountable care and population health to maintain successful administration and operational functions. The recorded sessions make a great introductory level of understanding for those attending the 201 Boot Camp and can be bundled to include additional discounts.

These events will include topics around general ACO clinical operations or data and analytics such as:
- Understanding CCLF files to build reports (MSSP),
- Understanding claims files for REACH capitation payments,
- Understanding CMS quarterly reports (MSSP and REACH),
- Understanding HCC scores and risk adjustment,
- Processes for monthly provider/supplier list updates/yearly certification needs (MSSP/REACH),
- Developing and implementing care management programs, etc.
$195 to add on to boot camp 201 registration.
Suggested audience includes new or established ACO participant leaders and staff. Education level will target beginner and intermediate ACO administrative, operational, clinical, data, and analytic needs. Use the complimentary library of ACO fundamentals to prepare for your Boot Camp 101 experience.
