The start of ACO REACH is fast-approaching – is your organization ready?

CMS has redesigned the Global and Professional Direct Contracting Model (GPDC) in response to the Administration’s commitment to advancing health equity. The Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) Model launches January 1, 2023, with three cohorts of ACOs participating.

Some ACOs have been participating in the GPDC Model since Spring 2021, others will be joining in January 2023. No matter the starting point or journey an ACO has taken to get here, a strong operational foundation will be needed to be successful in ACO REACH.

Join us to learn operational tips and takeaways that you can implement in your own REACH ACO. This workshop includes an overview of the unique characteristics of the Model, discusses financial differences and opportunities, offers compliance dos and don’ts plus a framework for planning, includes a discussion on waivers within this model, as well as pros and cons of Voluntary Alignment and tips for operational success.
