Our Boot Camp 201 events are two-day in-person only sessions. We offer two tracks, Clinical Operations and Data and Analytic that occur at the same date, time, and venue. These boot camps can be purchased separately or packaged with the Boot Camp 101 events. These sessions will be presented at an intermediate to advanced level and will provide an understanding of Medicare accountable care and population health to maintain administration and operational functions of a successful ACO.
The Boot Camp 201 events will include topics including but not limited to:
- Specialty provider engagement,
- Insourcing vs outsourcing advanced ACO needs,
- Savings distribution models,
- Using AI, quality reporting, including claims and CAHPS improvement,
- SDOH,
- Disease management protocols and advanced care models,
- Risk adjustment and HCCs,
- Utilizing data across platforms,
- Capturing claims data irregularities that can indicate potential fraud or unvalidated spending trends,
- And much more.
The suggested audience includes senior ACO participant leaders and staff who already have a solid understanding of Boot Camp fundamentals and Boot Camp 101 topics. Education level will target intermediate to advanced ACO administrative, operational, clinical, data, and analytic needs.
Registration Rates
ACO Member – $1,295 per person
ACO Non-Member – $1,595 per person
ACO Member Group Rate – $5,000 for up to 5 individuals (To register a group rate, please contact Emily Perron)
*Those who also register for the virtual boot camps will receive a $100 discount on in-person registration fees.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancelations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the following cancelation policy will apply. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time for any reason.
Cancelation Policy: Registrants who cancel before December 1, 2024 will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After December 1, 2024 no refunds will be issued for cancelations although we will substitute another individual from your company. You may send a substitute for no additional charge. NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events. Contact [email protected] to process a substitution.
