Reservations
We are working with the hotel to get the link for our discounted room rate and the website will be updated as soon as we have it. Our discounted room rate is available until August 15, 2025 OR UNTIL THE ROOM BLOCK IS FULL. We are unable to get any additional room nights at the discounted rate, we have asked the hotel repeatedly.

Cancellations
Cancellation policies is 72 hours prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service.  NAACOS does not handle any hotel reservations for participants – you need to go directly to the hotel. 

Parking

• Valet parking ONLY: $60.18 USD daily
• Garage height max clearance 6 feet 4 inches (fees apply for oversized vehicles)
