Affinity Groups
Affinity Groups enable ACO members to connect with peers on current ACO and population health issues. In addition to the in-person sessions held at Fall and Spring Conferences, NAACOS hosts bimonthly virtual sessions for ACO members to have more peer-to-peer connection time. There are currently six groups categorized by professional role.
Discovery Calls
Discovery Calls are informal Zoom sessions with brief presentations from ACOs followed by an open discussion forum. Topics are driven by discussions on the NAACOS Listserv. This platform allows ACOs to connect with others working on similar initiatives and for NAACOS to understand needs for future educational support.
Learning Discussions
Learning Discussions are monthly calls for NAACOS members to discuss timely policy and operational issues for ACOs participating in the REACH model. Future Learning Discussions may be developed for other models and subjects.
we will link to the forms to sign up once those are built.
