This discounted rate is good through February 1, 2025 or until the block is full. The hotel will not release additional rooms to us at the discounted rate. Please book early.

Cancellations
Cancellation policies is 72 hours prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service.  NAACOS does not handle any hotel reservations for participants – you need to go directly to the hotel. 

Parking
The hotel is self-parking only. This is $36/day. There are no airport shuttles to this hotel.
